Returns & Warranty

Bastl Instruments offer a 2 year warranty for repairs to end customers, and a 1 year warranty to distributors. If a product is “dead on arrival” it will be replaced with a new model. If a fault later occurs it will be diagnosed and a repair will be attempted.

For a product to count as “dead on arrival” the end customer will need to notify the retailer of the fault within 1 week of purchasing the item. In this case please contact us and we will arrange for the faulty item to be returned to us and for a new item to be sent out.

If a fault occurs between 1 week and a year of purchase please contact us and we can try to troubleshoot the issue. If the fault cannot be diagnosed we will arrange for the item to be returned to us, with a description of the issue provided in writing or over email, where we will further investigate. If necessary the unit will be sent back to Bastl for repair and returned back to you once the issue is sorted.

If a fault occurs between 1 year and 2 years of purchase the customer can contact Bastl directly for, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair.
